Nutrition
You just wrapped up a successful workout that targeted the specific areas in which you envisioned for improvement using the Fitmindology method, now you need the necessary nourishment to obtain the results that you have been looking for. In this article, we will discuss how your daily nutrition plays such a vital role not only in connection to your weekly workouts, but also in how you think and process information using your brain. At the end of the day, it’s all about SELF-DISCIPLINE. Do you have enough self-discipline to show up at the gym on a regular basis to put in the required hard work, and do you have enough self-discipline to eat healthy meals outside of the gym facility so that your hard work doesn’t go in vain? Depending on what time you decide to head over to the gym, we recommend drinking a tasty protein shake or eating a healthy meal prior to your scheduled workout so that you can have the proper endurance to make it through an intense training session. The day after your workout your body should be sore (in a good way) specifically on the body parts that you targeted. At that point, you only have one job to do, and that’s to eat, eat, eat, ……and eat! It’s simply your choice to eat (3) rather large healthy meals per day or you can break it down to (6) small healthy meals per day. Listed below is a detailed weekly chart of all the meal options that Fitmindology is recommending, which will in return fully maximize your training results.

Working out is similar to changing the oil in your personal vehicle
Having a consistent fitness regimen in place is similar to changing the oil in your personal vehicle. Did you ever notice that once you changed the oil in your car it drove a lot smoother? The human body works in the same fashion. Once your blood begins to circulate, and sweat pushes through your pores, your body becomes renewed. These types of bodily signals send a personal message to your brain that you’re strong, powerful, energetic, and capable of overcoming obstacles. If you happen to go past the required 3 months or 3,000 miles without an oil change, the dashboard on your vehicle will alert you that it may be time to service your car. If you go past a certain timeframe without working out, your body will either (gain weight/lose weight) in a negative way, not to mention you will become less flexible, sluggish, easily irritable, and possibly depressed. Fitmindology believes that your mind, nutrition, skin, as well as your fitness regimen are all weaved together in one circle. If your mind is in a good place, it will inform your body to get up and move (training session). It is also the brain’s (your mind) responsibility to motivate an individual to eat healthy, which will ultimately lead to better hair and skin.
Nutrition and the direct correlation to Intelligence
Is it true that eating healthy on a regular basis can make you more intelligent? Fitmindology believes that there are 2 separate brackets when it comes to discussing food categories. For example, there is low-energy food which would be considered snacks, fried food, fast food, and pork. Then there is high energy food such as fruits, vegetables, salmon, etc). While low energy food tends to make you forget appointments, certain obligations, and names, high energy food makes you quick on your feet (alert), and with the special ability to retain and process information quickly. Pictured below is a diagram that details all the different primary functions of the human brain, and how your daily nutrition can impact the way you think and react to certain situations.
